Respected Sir I am doing meditation from last one month but not regularly.But from last 5 days sexual feeling is pumping, due to that i was not able to take control and i had done masturbation. I have to suffer loss from doing masturbation? How can i stop my sexual feeling and which precautions are necessary? I am requesting to you Suggest me the right way so i can do it properly

  In order to better and detailed consultation on this front, we advise you to share what type of meditation you are doing as of now. It is also advised not to meditate below Anand Kendra (at Psychic Centers below the Heart) and meditate at Jyoti Kendra (Peneal Gland) with bright white color. Hope this helps you!

When I sit with my eyes closed and slowly slowly try to concentrate between eyes, my body starts getting shaked like pendulum. More deep I concentrate and more it shakes. Does that normally happen when trying to do meditation.

Your case is not normal but unusual things do happen occasionally during meditation. If you are uncomfortable with this situation then start doing deep relaxation (kayotsarg) and perception of breathing for some days. For practicals of kayotsarg and perception of breathing, you can get instructions from our website
