About the Course

This course is a 50 hour, International Meditation Alliance continuing education program.

Who this course is for?

This course has been developed for both experienced meditators and for complete beginners.

  • You might be a yoga teacher or healer who is looking to upskill and offer more services. This course will be wonderful for you and will provide you with new skills and knowledge.
  • You might have no experience teaching meditation but it is something you would like to learn how to do, this course is well suited to you as you will learn everything you need to know, step by step, you will receive all of the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to guide others through meditation.

Kayotsarg

Some important information about the Camp:

  • Time break of the class - Arham chanting 5 minutes, Theory 45 minutes. 30 minutes practical
  • Course Fee - 199$ (16,915 INR)
  • Certificate: After successfully completing the course you will get the trainer Certificate from Preksha International and The International Meditation Alliance. To get a certificate, attendance in 13 classes is compulsory. Usually, a certificate of Preksha Meditation Trainer is issued for 1 year which is renewable on the work report.
