What is Preksha Meditation?

Preksha Meditation is the combination of knowledge from our ancient religious books, modern science and our experience. Preksha Meditation is the practice of purifying our emotions and our conscious (chitta) and realizing our own self. Preksha Meditation is a technique of mediation for attitudinal change, behavioral modification and integrated development of personality.

Successful camps and seminars of national and international level have been organized to inculcate the techniques of this unique method called Preksha Meditation. KAYOTSARG

Kayotsarg is a tool for self-purification and realization. It helps to reduce physical, mental, emotional, intellectual stress and anxiety. Kayotsarg leads to a happy, peaceful and contented life.

MANTRA MEDITATION

Mantra Meditation is a powerful ancient practice. It affects the chemistry of the body and mind. Mantra meditation awakens consciousness and enlightenment.

YOGA

Yoga is a science, which develops personality, leads a person to harmony, peace, concentration and balance. It helps to practice meditation.

Pranayam

Pranayam helps to achieve a calm, blissful and focused mind. It balances left and right hemispheres and is important in preparation for meditation.

Anupreksha

Anupreksha is full concentration on a single conception. This is an efficient process of ascertaining reality. Ancient philosophers and seers used these tools extensively for realizing the truth.

  • It is a 8 days fulltime residential camp
  • Carry white clothes as it is supports meditation
  • Bring your day-to-day necessities along with you
  • Separate accommodation for males and females
  • Participants not allowed to leave the campus
  • Outside eatables are not allowed
  • Intoxicating things and alcohol are not allowed
  • The contribution fee for the camp is 34,000 INR (400$)
  • Due to limited entries, Registration will be done on first come first serve basis
Accommodation:

Rooms are good, equipped with necessary modern facilities on a 2/3 shared basis with attached bathrooms. Linens are provided


Food:

The food served in the camps is Vegetarian / LactoVegetarian. It is fresh, healthy and specially prepared with love and care.
